From proposal to beam time.

  1. Register and verify your emailAdd your details, organisation and facilities of interest.
  2. Prepare and submit a proposalSave a draft, complete the research and safety sections, then submit it to the office.
  3. Follow the reviewRead office notes and revise your proposal if changes are requested.
  4. Request your bookingOnce your proposal is approved, request beam time. A booking becomes allocated only after office confirmation.
