Registration information
This portal stores your account details, institution and department, contact numbers, facility interests and optional ORCID. These support account administration, research proposals and booking requests. Required fields are identified in the form.
Do not enter confidential research or real personal information while the development notice is displayed. Approved Necsa terms, privacy contacts, retention rules and live operating arrangements must be configured before production use.
Community news and future profile searchability are optional. They default to off and can be changed under My profile. This release does not publish a user directory or send news mailings.
Proposal approval allows a booking request. The office must separately confirm requested time. Site entry, safety training and experiment authorisation remain separate processes.
